LIGHT BOX ASSEMBLY
Brighten and elevate your space with custom manufactured, laser-cut light boxes. Light boxes can be made up to 5-feet by 10-feet, with a minimum depth of 2.5-inches and a maximum depth of 8-inches. Our boxes come hardwired and ready for installation by your electrician, or you can request a standard power cord.

LED STRIP LIGHTING

Rows of LED strip lights are attached to the inside of the light box and are spaced to provide uniform light, illuminating an average of 4.4 Watts per square foot of the light box.
Boxes are available with a plug at 3, 6, and 9 feet, or they can be hardwired for installation by an electrician.
The provided transformer is sized to the specific application, and is mounted to the inside of the box by default, unless otherwise specified. The lights are 24 VDC and can be dimmed with a standard 0-10V dimmer, which we can provide.
FACE OF LIGHT BOX
The front facing part of the light box is called the face of the light box. The face includes the laser-cut panel, a sheet of light diffusing acrylic, and mitered edges creating sides for frame and function.
BACKING BOX
The backing box consists of a backing board, solid wood frame, rows of LED strip lights, and a transformer, which is mounted inside by default unless otherwise requested.
LIGHT BOX TOGETHER
This image shows the face of the light box and the backing box fully assembled. The backing box will slide into the face of the light box, and utilize the 10-32 threaded inserts to mount together. The threaded inserts are mounted in 4 places, typically top and bottom.
